Just imagine that everyone appreciated the same things. Wouldn’t that be boring?
Surely when you have friends who have different interests, they can bring a new perspective into your life. Have you ever thought to yourself something awful about someone's clothes or what they look like?
But have you also wondered why you have the right to judge?
In the media, some humans make a living by pulling others apart through the need to create sensationalism. And by that, I am not talking about those who bring wrongdoings to light, because that helps everyone. The wider world reflects what happens in our lives on a much larger scale.
We are after all a
microcosm inside another and so it goes on.
Do you think that there could be a huge scope to help others by sharing positive, helpful stories: Interesting, insightful views on issues and different opinions maybe?
If you are a doctor, lecturer,
or finance expert, what advice could you offer others through your discourse
for nothing? Maybe you had an amazing, privileged education and you could show
those who did not, how to get on in life.
What about all those young boys who are fatherless and need guidance, could you write an article or run a free course about how to succeed and be full of love and compassion? All entwined in a covering of self-respect.
When hate and lies
become the discourse of those who are powerful, all sorts of problems are
created in the general population around the world. People are pitted against
each other. Warring becomes the norm instead of seeing everyone as part of the
family of humanity. Young people believe there is nothing to offer them, when
to be honest, in the words from the Talk Talk song, Life’s What You Make It. Your
life is made by you and your choices.
If words become our reality,
and this is a universal law, then sharing spiteful information on a global platform,
creates what? Well, without the balance of good information, at least, it
means the younger generation cannot recognize opportunities or the next step on
the ladder.
Differences are good,
they teach us something. Your knowledge could be something that lifts someone else
out of the dark.
So, let us look at art.
I may like a picture in a shop window, or a thrift shop, charity shop. You may
not like the same art, but does that mean we have to fall out?
With consideration, we
can realize it is possible to move into a deeper humanitarian relationship with
each other. Where those who can, share their knowledge.
As individuals, it
would be beautiful if we could come together under the umbrella of the world
and laugh at the raindrops.
